The misguidance which is spreading due to tardiness in nikah and the atmosphere which is spreading of non religiousness, it shall be finished. Although our information and reading is not so vast, but I am gaining the opportunity of trying little. I hope you will do correction. Thank you! Marriage is one sacred relation. This is not only social and communal relation but is one religious obligation and sunnah of Prophet ﷺ also. Instead nikah and marital relationship is such relation in religion Islam, without which belief is not complete. On one place Prophet ﷺ said: The one who do ignorance from nikah and don’t get married without any reason, there is no relation of him with me. My way is of nikah. Allah has kept attraction in natures of men and women for each other and has made this natural demand permissible through marriage and useless tardiness and mistake is like welcoming misguidance, misleading and sin.

In today’s era of pugnacities the useless things like internet, media and cable has produced more problems in society due to which more misguidance is increasing. Marriage has been made very difficult, limitations of many executes, giving priority to casts destroy or family more than your status, whether it is a boy or girl. If the marriage of boy is to be done so a lot of dowry will come. Therefore marriage has been given the status of business and the whiteness comes in her hairs by collecting dowry for daughter to make her marry in good family and she gets old while waiting for marriage. Although it is in one hadis that: When a girl becomes adolescent and appropriate proposal comes so be quick in doing nikah. The intelligence in it is this that uselessly making the daughter sit at home becomes a reason of misguidance. If there is no appropriate proposal in cast, it is not good to feel bad or embarrassed or detriment in doing relationship outside the cast. The life of children shall not be destroyed just for making the cast happy. In our society there are many such houses in which such adult children are spending life being un-married and un-naturally. Her hairs have become white but parents have not made her married outside the cast. Is this good attitude with children? Instead, in our Islamic society, it is commanded till here that do the nikah of widows also because many blessings are attained by having nikah done. For example, one widow was deprived of doing Hajj due to not having any mehrum. When she got nikah-fied, she went to the harmain. The importance, benefit and supremacy of nikha are accepted on its place. That is why struggle should be done to attain this supremacy quickly. According to hadees the nikah of fewer expenses is the most beatitude one. It is false to spend more than capacity and status and to give importance to useless functions and rubbish. To do nikah by being safe from this all is a reason of beatitude. Shariah has given so much easiness in nikah that the society of today cannot imagine it. we have involved curses lije, limitations of functions, casts, dowry etc apart from taking benefit from the easiness given by shariah and have produced difficulties for us. Otherwise, according to shariah, there should be to witness, question and answer and the mehr shall be finalized according to the affordability of boy and nikah is done. After getting involved in artificial formalities to do tardiness in this pious and important work becomes a reason of misguidance. One companion came in service of Prophet ﷺ and complained about poverty. Prophet ﷺ said: Get married itself is in Quran: Translation: If there is poverty so Allah will grant wealth due to beatitude of marriage. The meaning of it is not this that material and dowry will be attained a lot instead the feeling of responsibilities comes. A person starts doing something and Allah gives beatitude. One should not get worried for rizq. A person eats of his fate. The studies and job shall not be made a source of tardiness. Through nikah few blessings are also obtained. Through nikah man and woman becomes dignified. An important responsibility of parents gets fulfilled. Natural desires get naturally fulfilled and best treatment of getting safe from evil eye is done. It is very important source of protecting belief and protection. The opportunity of progress in Muslim nation is gained. Pious children become sadqa jariya. All these blessings one attained with only great blessing of nikah. They cannot be gained without fulfilling this sunnah. Therefore, it is the responsibility of every person of ummah that he tries to finish imbalance and evils in society related to nikah and this step should be taken on society level. For example unmarried man and woman and their parents make nikah very easy by refusing impermissible functions and demands that the misguidance which is spreading due to tardiness in nikha and the atmosphere which is spreading of non religiousness, it shall be finished. The condition of one such nikah which was seen from eyes is as following. Our most beloved and lovely brother who was youngest among siblings, mother has died, all siblings were married. Now all of them were worried for him that somehow he gets married. But he wasn’t getting ready for marrying that after marriage a person gets stuck in responsibilities and right now I have to do many (for religion) work. But on the persistence of Hazrat Hakeem Sir, the nikah was done very simply and this work was done so quickly, easily and simply that all were surprised. In one month the matter was carried over, date was fixed and nikah was done. Nikah was in masjid after Asr prayer. No mehndi, no mayon, no procession. Just after nikah 3 women and 2 men went and brought the bride home in covering. The bride did prayer, and then the women of house made her a little ready. The groom gave mehr on that same day. At morning next day, valima was dome simply and in dignified manner in which the money of any kind was not taken. Nor any sort of dowry was taken. Hazrat Hakeem Sir also attended this nikah and duas and beatitudes were also gained. May Allah grant them with beatitudes, mercies and happiness. Aameen! Therefore, we should try to do nikah easily and marriages simply so that the houses of many poor and simple people’s daughters and sons could be made.
